I'm sure you did it right, it just takes a long time. :) If your worried you can always e-mail them. They are really nice and will e-mail you back.

It only took me 3 days to get mine... if I were you I would email them and just ask about your order. It doesn't hurt to just ask about it, and they will be able to tell you right away what happened to it. :)

Hi All..I hope it's ok that I post some answers to your questions here...I will try to keep it to answering specific questions, rather than promoting our products at all.

First, thank you all for the nice comments...I'm glad you are enjoying the Brag Tags...it's fun to create them and see all of your unique pet pictures in the process :)

As for how long it takes, it should now only be about a week to receive your Brag Tag. This is a relatively new service and the initial batch took a bit longer than usual as we were working out some logistical/administrative issues. Unless you just requested your Brag Tag within the past few days, yours was sent in the mail last week Wed or Thur (Roz, yours was among that mailing so you should see it very soon). Jane, I did get your help request this morning and will be answering that very shortly via email.

LOL, yes, you are right, it is free and we're still trying to find the easiest way for people to get it. The system still wants a payment method even though it's free. Until I figure out a way around that, please just select "Check" for the payment method and then you don't have to fill out any details for that, but it'll get you through the system.

Ok, just as an update, I fixed this issue...now when it asks for payment method when you are ordering the free brag tag, there is an option to choose "Free Brag Tag, no payment required".

I love these Brag Tags... What an awesome idea they are! (I'm wearing Levi's right now. I love being able to wear it everywhere. I only take it off to sleep. lol)

Mr. Wood, I have a question. Would it be possible to put more than just our Pet's name on the Brag Tag? I realize room is limited, but would it be possible? I want to get some Brag Tags made up with AJ's image, name, and his year of birth and year of death on them. Example:

'89 - '04


If not, that's perfectly fine. I thought I'd ask, in case it were possible. :) Either way I'll be having I think three made, because my significant other and his brother both want one as well. (They really liked the one you made of Levi.)

Yes, we can imprint more than just the name, like your example (we can do just about anything you want, only limited by the space). That would be no problem whatsoever. I filled this out a couple of days ago for the free brag tag and also applied to become an affiliate. Each time it said I would recieve a confirmation email. I have still not recieved one on either. Did any of you have a problem getting the email? I used a hotmail email address and have checked the bulk mail folder, nothing there. I don't know if I should redo it or just wait. How long did it take for the rest of you to recieve the confirmation email? I would really like to be able to offer these products on my website.

Did you check your junk mail on Hotmail? My confirmation e-mail came to my junk mail folder on MSN, because the e-mail address for Imprintable Pets.com wasn't on my approved e-mail address list yet when it came through. I received the confirmation e-mail within 15mins, and I knew to check under junk mail, because I figured that's where it would go. I then added ImprintablePets.com's e-mail address to my approved e-mail list, so they wouldn't come through as junk mail in the future. I always have all of my junk mail filtered. I hope this helps :)

I'm confused about the ordering. I uploaded the image..and then it asked for my name and email...so I put all of that in but I never received any emails yet...and I registered..but every time I want to upload an image there, it boots me out and I have to log in again.. I'm really confused. How do I go about getting one? I'm registered..but its not working.

Hi All...just a quick update on Brag Tags...

As Jade mentioned, we had some events happen that made a little mess of things for a while. The most debilitating thing was a major hard drive failure on the computer that held the Brag Tag order information. I've spent the past few weeks attempting to piece things back together and we're finally back to where we can get the Brag Tags out.

The problem right now is matching up all of the images that were sent to us with the correct person who ordered. This is proving difficult in a few instances and I hope you will bear with us as we sort things out. I will be sending some emails out today to those that I need to clarify. The rest of the Brag Tags (and those that I need to clarify and that get back to me right away) will be imprinted and mailed out on Monday.

We appreciate all of the great comments about our Brag Tags and also appreciate the patience from those who are still waiting for theirs.
