at what age do their eyes change colour?

just curious that's all. milko's are now a green colour with just a little bit of blue left on the outside. When can I expect them to turn yellow?

Hmm that's a very good question, Carmen. We had Smokie as a kitten and I look at his kitten pictures and his eyes were so blue!!!! I would say, maybe another month or 2?

I know I posted these before, but..
Look at my Smokes baby! His blue eyes!!

Now... his eyes are green/yellow..

awww smokey was soooo cute as a kitten!!! and he is very handsome now!!!! I guessed around three months, for when they would be completely changed. But it was merely a guess!!!!! He is 5 and a half weeks old now. anyway if no-one can answer me definently I'll have to remember to make a mental note of it myself!!!!

If you want them to stay blue, Carmen, try giving Milko some ink...

Galina is a mix breed cat and her eyes never changed colours!

She's nine months old now and still has blue eyes.

Gerona's changed at about 3 months of age.

You can see some blue here ... It's hard at times to see that her eyes are blue because her pupils are so darn big!

A better picture (when she was 5 months old) taken in bright sunlight.

My baby is just special. Her mother had yellow-green eyes. I don't know what the father had. But her eye colour is based on a separate gene and is not fur colour related (like in a Siamese). One site said this gene is dominate and that if she had kittens, they would have blue eyes, too. But, I guess I'll never find out since I had her spayed.

Yeah Pickles eyes were a deep blue and are now green and she is about 7 months old... Bubbles are golden and Tators are more yellow, but not all cats have yellow eyes If Milko's eyes are turning green, you never know they may stay green

Jane...it's pretty much the same thing with puppies, all are born with blue eyes and then the color changes

Human babies are like that sometimes, too.
