Are your kitties eyes red, swollen and having discharge? Is the discharge clear or white/yellow? It's common for kittens to have conjunctivitis, but typically a
vet visit would be in order to determine if the origin is viral, bacterial, or both. Feline herpes and chlamydia are very common origins of kitten eye infections.
After 1 vet visit, when you're used to dealing with these infections (if that's the problem) you'll be set to deal with them as the pop up, as they're often re-occurring. However, an initial vet visit would be ideal.
No one here can diagnose your kitties, unfortunately.
If you have a vet you deal with on a regular basis, perhaps you can talk to them on the phone and they'd be willing to prescribe topical antibotics or antivirals since these eye infections are so very common and these drugs are pretty safe.
However, if you're kitties eyes are very red and inflamed, they may want to check for corneal ulceration.
Please at least call and ask if you suspect conjuctivitis; it can lead to blindness.
My cats had chronic eye infections when they were younger, but they grew out of them, which is apparently pretty common (they are triggered by stress and growing up is stressful!).
Ask your vet about terramycin, idoxuridine, and adding lysine to their diet. These are all things that were recommended through various specialists; but you need to talk to a vet to know dosages, etc.
Good Luck!
