Kittens eyes are shut?

My cat gave birth to 3 kittens about 2 weeks ago. What's happening with 2 of the kittens is that one of their 2 eyes is ****, like there is some tangled hair, not exactly sure though, but it looks really bad, and there's like some kind of yellowish substance that is within. I keep opening them every now and again, but it happens again. Does anyone have experience with this that can help? Thank you,

Hassib

use a warm damp cloth to clean the eyes and take them to a vet.
