Well, it's been bugging me for quite some time. See, Kiddo and her late sister Beatrix both got their names from the same movie character (Uma Thurman's character in the Kill Bill movies). So every time I say Kiddo's name, it brings up the memory of poor Beatrix, who not only passed, but did so in such a horrific way.

So what should I do? I mean, I am used to Kiddo's name, but if I'm going to change it, I should do it now.

What do you guys think?

Any suggestions for other names? How abbout Meeko? Or spell it Meiko

Yeah, I can see how that would be hard.

Maybe something with a similar sound? Ends in O? Or starts in the K sound?

How about Kaori? It sounds like Kay-or-E ... Its a Japanese name that I've always loved... 'Means Fragrant

I never liked that movie so I vote to change her name. What does she look like/act to you?
Beside when you gave her that name you didn't even know her - now you really know her well.

I like that name a lot, it's cool.

People here sometimes say kudos instead of thank you.

There is always Angel - she is definitely a little angel. You could name her after someone you really like. One of my favorite names is Alice. I know a very sweet woman named Alice.

Well, I came up with another name, but everytime I call her that name, it just doesn't sound right. She is just Kiddo to me.

So we'll see.....
