They're all such cute cats! Even if Tobbie is a little big. One of my friends has a 25 pound boy.

Yeah, tobbie has actually lost 3 pounds since being diagnosed (well he actually lost 8 pounds but gained 5 back) so hes actually a little skinnier than he used to be ... plus he is just big-boned to begin with

They are all so cute! I had a 19 pounder once. There was nothing wrong with him he was just a big boy. We found him and the vet thought he was about 5. He hadn't been fixed before that and I think that is why he was so big. I like big cats! I think Tobbie is adorable. His face in that first picture is priceless he lookd like he is doing a Morris impression! Do you have to give him insulin?
Give them scratches for me

You have pretty cats. I did laugh a little when I saw the back side pics.

I had a diabetic dog and she'd actually come and ask for her shot. The vet said that animals seem to know it's helping them. (Or it could just give them a rush they enjoy.)

it's hard to feed such a big dog only a cup of food... poor things

Oh I don't know if I could do that! Only one cup of food. My doxie Belle is a chub and I have been trying to cut back her food but then I worry that she may feel hungry.
Can she have any veggies to fill her up?

i'm sure some low fat cottage cheese couldn't hurt as a snack
my sister found some kind of veggie doggie treats - they look like regular "bone" shaped treats except they're green. she seems to like those, i've never know a dog to eat vegetables unless they were table scraps... "if people eat it, then it must be good" - that's a dog's motto

That sounds like the "Greenies". They do make feline greenies as my older cat absolutely LOVES them. She gets 3 of them a day but of course for the kitties feline greenies are tiny lol. She's on a strict diet as she loves to eat! So inbetween I split up the greenies over the day as a snack or she'll try to eat my plants lol.
