I am so sorry, I had tears in my eyes while reading this...it would take me a very long time to get over this and I feel for you. I hope that you will be ok and I know that Lucy is in a good home that will never shut her outside, so don't your worry, she is happy and healthy where she is, and knows you love her very much. I am so sorry for your loss, it just doesn't seem fair.

For what it is worth I think Lucy was a gorgous(sp) cat!!!
