New Tigger Info
Well 3 days ago Tiggers "owners" moved away, they never looked for him or made any attempt to take him...so I am hoping they are gone for good, but I am unsure still. I am one step closer to never losing him 
You have no idea how stressful it has been, they were supposed to move in July, then a few days ago we saw the moving truck, to say we flipped out was an understatement. Tigger has not left my house in well over 2 months...he has no desire to go outside anymoe, hes a content happy indoor kitty with us. I am still so worried that they will come for him, because legally he is theres, even if for over 7 months I have fed him, cared for him, and paid his vet bills...I just don't want to loose him.
He is so loved here, I am just so taken with this handsom guy, but my daughter has a very strong bond with him, they are inseperable...wherever
ash is Tigger is as well, he follows her like a puppy, he knows this is his home and that he is safe and loved here...so please keep us in your thoughts through the next few days....hopefully they see how much we love him.

How can they prove he is their kitty? I always thought that one of the things is to show pictures and vet records. I doubt they have either of them. But you have both.
Hopefully they won't care enough to bother to come back.

I hope they dont' come back! But really I think you have the right to keep him. He is yours! Like Kathy said you have the proof of vets and he will show them you are his family!

Right now he is asleep in bed with Ashley like always, Ash had a hard day and since she came home he has not left her...its not so much as he belongs to us as we belong to him lol
He is the best kitty there is, he has been a huge help in healing her broken heart as well as keeping her calm through all her medical problems, we love this cat so much...I truely hope they see that and do the right thing for him.

I would stop worrying if I were you! Hee Hee. They left without Tigger. That shows what kind of owners that they are. Did they bother to leave any food or water for him when they left? I bet not! He is your kitty now! YIPPEEE! TIGGER IS GETTING TO STAY! LET'S HAVE A PARTY!

Awww he looks just like my baby Kaira. She sleeps on my back between my shoulders sometimes.  I think he is definitely yours. Any smart person wouldn't even consider giving him back to them he is obviously happy with you and part of your family.  |

when they left they left nothing for him, never looked for him and made no effort to find him...I talked to our vet and he said that the day they left the house (new people moved in already) its a case of abandonment and he would help me do what I need to in order to keep him.
Tigger is one of those special ctas, the bond with Ash is special, he has a forever home here. We have a vet for him, hes on great food as well as meds for an infection he had...hes ours and I would be devasteated if they came for him now, but I also would not let him go
