Oldies but Goodies Cocker Rescue, Inc, (OBG) is an all-volunteer non profit animal rescue organization based in Washington DC that is dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals. We rescue abandoned Cocker Spaniels (and mixes) both young and old, from owner surrenders and work closely with local shelters, to find good homes in the Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. area.
