aaaawwwwww i'm sorry to hear about Dali, i recently lost a rescue goo to a simular problem I agree you need to keep him warm, hydrated and ring your vet. Degus often hide pain very well and often the case before we notice its too late. Is Dali still aware of his surroundings, alert etc?

Regards Houdini it would be a good idea thinking of introducing him to a friend should the worse happen. At 3 months he is still young enough to accept another young degu. I would consider probably only introducing one though as male degus are on a whole hard to introduce and you would have a better chance of success with just one on one. If you need any help or advice on intros i've done a fair few and would be happy to help with advice, tips etc

On a side note if you got them from Pets at Home then you have every right to complain to them if they are ill. Go to the management as floor staff are usually unhelpful, it doesn't help Dali but it might stop them selling degus with health problems again.

Awww, I am so very sorry to hear this about little Dali. It really sounded like he was feeling so much better, I'm so sorry that he's gotten a bit worse again.

Good advice already given, so I'll just add my healing thoughts for Dali and ((((((( hugs ))))))) for all three of you!!!
