Looking for Degus
We moved a year and a half ago and our degus did not survive the move. We really miss having them around, and I'd like to get some more.
They are technically illegal here in the state of Georgia (we live an hour north of Atlanta), so I thought I'd see if anyone knows of a place in southern Tennesee or eastern Alabama that has degus. I know they sell them at the exotic pet store not far from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We're getting married there and I'm hoping to take a trip up there next month to do some wedding coordinating business, so it all else fails, I can get some on the trip. Shop's website doesn't list a price, so I need to call them in the morning.
However, if anyone knows of a place closer to us than that, so that I can get them sooner or compare prices, I'd love to know about it.
