I'm new here, but wanted to say congrats on getting all your goos sexed and separated!

Oh how adorable they must be!! Would love to see them, and would love even more to hear all their lovely vocalizations!!

Midge is a cute name for the half-tail! I also had a goo who had dropped the end of her tail. It's awfully cute looking!

I buy bulk bags of guinea pig mix and pellets from my local pet store and then i mix it with lots of different things (dried leaves, flowers, dried veggies etc...) to make it more bulked out for them and it also makes it last longer

I buy them over the internet or if i have the time i dry them myself. If you have access to hazel, hawthorne, blackberry, strawberry, raspberry and dandelion leaves its pretty simple to do. I wash all the leaves i collect and leave them to dry and then i bake them on a low heat for 1 to 2 hours depending on the type of leaf and remove them once they are crispy. I haven't attempted flowers yet i usually buy them Look up chinchilla product suppliers them usually sell such things

I think the leaves add a natural feeling to the diet plus they are good for the degus teeth too
