Pictures =)
I took some pictures of Hikaru before. Her fur has almost completely grown back where they shaved her . I am looking into getting her a buddy, too.
I wanted to get pictures of her during playtime but she's been way too hyper lately. Last night she decided to jump on top of my saltwater tank and almost fell in .

Yeah, they are larger then hamsters or gerbils . They are closer in size to guinea pigs or rats. Males tend to be larger then females.

aaaawwww shes looking so much better now
Degus can swim but its not something you should let them do as it doesn't do their fur any good to get wet and can cause fur fungus
