when should i seperate babies? - Paw Talk

i am just wondering at what age should i seperate the babies from their parents, i think it is at about 6 weeks but just wanted to double check with you guys! (i want to keep the babies for as long as possible!

5 or 6 weeks is fine

. Be sure not leave the female babies with the father too long or he might get them pregnant.

I separated my baby male when he was about 6 weeks!
Like Kirsty I want to know if you are keeping the babies? Dont you think they are the cutest little things?
How did the neutering go?

i want to keep the babies, i might end up keeping the females, i havent sexed them properly yet but i think there may only be one boy which means i'll have to keep him with dad, but i cant keep all of them. so i either have to rehome dad and son or one boy and girl baby, i just dont know what to do. i have to find them a nice home, but my landlord wont let me have anymore animals, so i cant keep them all!! doh!!
but i agree, they are the sweetest things which makes the decision so much harder!!

oh and the neutering went fine, my male was slightly confused the first time he tried to mate afterwards and nothing was happening!! bless, he coped with the op really well though.
