Wilma had her babies today
Wilma had her babies today, last time I looked she had just had number 6, one of the babies only has 3 legs, I think mom may have bit it off during delivery as the area is kind of bloody.

She had "7"! I talked to the vet a little while ago about the one baby, she thinks that she will be fine I am to watch her for infection and not gaining (they can't weigh nomore than 8-10 grams each right now) she said as long as there is no infection and she is eating we should be ok.
I will get pics as soon as mom calms down a little bit she was pretty PO'ed at me for checking the babies....

Congrats!! My degus had 7 babies a week ago. Sadly the runt didn't make it though but the other 6 are doing great and are so cute!! They grow super fast!! So, don't blink hehe

when i checked on the babies(even though they are sassy's) they were all doing fine!!YAY!wilma was nursing them! so i think everyone is going to be ok!
