KaLuMa Canid Rescue
We have contact with a vast network of breed specific and all-breed rescue organizations across Canada and the United States. We take in dogs from owners needing to place their dogs, people that have found stray dogs (after all efforts have been made to find the dog's owners) and we also take in dogs from shelters before their time is up when at all possible (this depending on having an available foster home). Our special projects consist of canines needing extra care (usually medical treatment) and we raise the funds needed to help them before they are placed in new adoptive homes.
