Babies on their way

I am expecting the little ones very soon.... I can see them moving inside of their mommy and shes been sleeping most of the day away so I'm anticipating within the next day or so I'll keep updates on the new arrivals =]] hopefully they come soon I'm soo excited about it

well the babies are born not sure how many cause mommy wont move but there are at least 2 or 3

Congrats on a successful birthing! I have never seen gerbils being born, did you take pics?

selling some of them and keeping some because she will be having another litter when these ones are grown... no I didnt take any pictures just because I didn't want to upset her, this was her first litter but I plan on taking pictures of her next litter and ill post as soon as I figure out how many there are total

k lured her away from the nest for a minute she had 7 and she seems pretty relaxed about me being near the babies that means pictures coming soon

ok I guess I miss counted there are 8 I originally counted 7 they are very healthy and I'm taking pictures now
