Damian keeps moving the nest...

Okay so my cousin's dwarf hamster female damian had babies. and yesterday we noticed that she kept moving the nest around the cage? and avoiding them some. we're not sure how this mothering is supposed to happen, since this was an accidental pregnancy and we didnt even know she was pregnant till there were 5 babies chillin in the cage,

I'm not an expert on nests, but I would just let her do her thing. The last thing you want is to make her nervous.
