Hey all!
I had some fantastic
dwarf hamsters many, many years ago (a scenario of misjudged sex and a case of three sets of babies to follow) and I'd really like to get another one now. However, I'd like to first check out hamster breeders near Chicago, IL rather than going through some pet shop if I can avoid it. I've checked with local shelters and there aren't any to rescue so I'd appreciate it if someone could offer breeders they've heard good word about or resources to find such ones. I've had little luck online finding some (just rat breeders or exotics like
sugar gliders).
Any assistance would be MUCH appreciated!
