how do i know if my gerbil is pregnant?

HI, i have 2 gerbils and they are both girls. One time i bought a pregnant hamster from where these gerbils are from, one of my gerbils,snickers, is a lot larger than her sister,oreo. My dad says there is no way that Snickers is pregnant but my mom thinks it is possible. I NEED HELP!!!!!!!My mom was wondering what would happen if my gerbil was pregnant and the two gerbils i have share a cage, so would anything happen like the non pregnant gerbil eat the babies????

No the other gerbil should help care for the babies. At least that has been my experience

I think it would be okay to leave the other female in the same cage.She will probably help care for the babies.This happens alot with rats and mice.
