Unhappy

Please help, sick hamster:(

Well, I just bought a winter white hamster on the 1st and I'm very concerned. She is a girl and I'm not sure how old she is, she is acting very lethargic, appears to have a black sore on her chin, and her tongue is purple/ pink, it looks swollen but I can't tell because her mouth doesn't open very wide. She was very thirsty on Sunday so I hand fed her water and I havn't seen her eat. She had pee on her fur, and looks very skinny. When I bought her she was sleeping with another hamster but the vet wouldn't let us buy the other one as it's eye were stuck close. We bought another hamster in the same cage and he is much bigger than her and looks much healthier. I don't think she has diarhea but any help would be greatly apreciated.

I'm sorry about your hammy loss. I am guessing there would have been nothing the vet could have done, my friends hamster was like that and died soon after it started after a vet call. Its good petsmart replaced her, I hope you have better luck with this one.
