Thanks!!

Thank you guys 4 your help, my "Mean hammie" isn't mean anymore (well sorta anyway.) I have been tryin' your suggestions Like holding your hand in a fist and letting your hamster explore it, and giving her treats, and letting her walk onto your hand while holding it flat. And it worked!!! now you can pick her up and she doesn't seem to mind at all.... Except, a little earlier today my 9 yr. old cousin was holding her. The hamster really didnt seem to mind, but right as she was about to put her into the cage she bit her. I dont know why she did this but she didnt bite hard enough to break the skin.
but thank you guys 4 all your help

Happy For You!

Sometimes changes can be tricky. Going in or out of the cage.

My hamster nibbles my finger when I go to put him back in the cage, too... I wonder if it's a territorial thing??

Animals sometimes get a bit aggressive when you impinge on their territory. Someone once had a bunny that was sweet as could be - but don't stick your fingers in her cage!
