Preferred rat food
Just curious as to what you guys would buy and why.
It's a headache trying to choose the right one, I don't think many companies but much thought into their nutrition.

I use the Mazuri blocks ... I prefer Lab Blox, but can't find those here ... my ratties are doing great on the Mazuri .. I don't buy the crap food as they can have their yummies when I choose to give them

My rats get a rat seed mix, and also lab blocks that I get from the little pet shop here. I've tried mazuri and other's but for some reason they won't eat them. They LOVE the blocks from this shop (I'll have to ask the name when I go in there) they kinda smell like bacon or something, as the others really don't smell at all.

I just bought some food, I used to have them on lab blocks, but rat food is hard to find I have to change their brand a lot, this one has some goodies in it and seeds and pellets, is this a good food?
I mean, I looked at the back of another one and the first thing it said was, Salt. Something that has mostly salt can't be good for you can it? The next ingredient was grounded peanut shells .`.`
Anything wrong with the one I got?

We use the Mazuri here too...Ratties snatch it right out of the kids hands! They love it and the kids find them to be too funny. We give other things too of course, but ours aren't particularly picky...they like EVERYTHING
