This is the worst i have seen her bleed, but the ONLY vet around here that has experience with guinea pigs is the one that told me she could just be in heat, i live in northern new york borderline canada in a very small community, there aren't many choices for me in vets =[

You can try taking him some information and seeing if he's open to actually treating your pig.

Here's information on their reproductive systems:

Information on UTIs and bladder stones:

And these are the antibiotics that are dangerous to give to guinea pigs:

You can also suggest that he login to VIN (Veterinary Information Network) which is a message forum run for vets and ask for advice on treating her. Only veterinarians are allowed access to this forum.

These are some closer pictures we have taken
tinyurl .com/22qx8tu (remove the space between the "L" and ".")
These show what appears to be a scab near the vaginal/rectal area but there is also blood coming from that same area, what could this be?!

William -- the pictures appear to be caked blood dried from the earlier bleed. She may be developing scabs from urine scalding if she's peeing more frequently. Again, the internet is not a vet, and you need to see your vet to continue treatment. There's nothing a forum can do to help her get treated.
