Thumbs up

New hay rack

As everyone knows by now I'm sure, I borrowed skeeter's hay rack idea. However, because Squeekers kept getting inside and leaving her mark, I had to do a variation on the original. NObody's getting inside THIS hay rack!!

Although it may look big in this pic, it fits nicely under the second level of the C&C cage. It has an added bonus of being large enough to where I won't have to be filling it up as often.

I go back and fourth wether I should get one of those hay racks.
Where did you get your little grids?
Do you have a maker name on them, Skeeter told me she didn't know who made them. I would think they are neat idea cubes?

There's no name. They come in a silver box with the grids exposed. They come in 2 or 3 colors I think. I got them at Target in the aisle where the envelopes, pens, stationery, etc. are. I believe they were $7.99 There are enough grids to make 4 cubes. I hope this helps!!

I wish you said Walmart or Kmart. No Target around here.
They don't need it I guess.

WHAT?!! No Target?!! What's wrong with people up there in 'Yankee territory?

If you would really like them, I'd be glad to send them to you. Let me know.

Want your photo i(wiht credit) n the mini grid hay container album? One set of pigs who were here kept tossing the hay cube around to get at the stuff underneath and then one just jumped inside.

Probably good since she passed on my offer a bit ago and now they are in a local small critter rescue. And ... I realized that I "need" them since they are my favorite type of hay holder. Guess I'll have to make some more.

Skeeter- I didn't know they were yours that you were offering me, I thought you were going out to get them for me. But I feel funny about imposing on anyone for anything.

Notice it took me awhile to say yes to SpottyPoo- my pigs are wasting that fine Kleenmamas hay I bought so I figured I'd better impose .

OMG is it good! It's the best hay I've ever seen! I got both Blue grass and timothy. I've never seen Timothy with such a green/blue color and of course Ive never seen blue grass at all because I guess it's not grown in this part of the country. It's very clean too.
Theres a thread in here somewhere I posted not too long ago about her Hay. Some other members commenting on it too.
