New Here.. guinea pig cages ..?? - Paw Talk

Hey guys new poster here been watching the forum for some time... i just rescued a guinea a baby one the other day and currently he is in a plastic like storage box.. not a tiny one!! but i admit it is no good for him but its better than where he was... i dont have much money at the moment.. so we are looking to make a cage for him ... my partner is going to B & Q so have a look for some things what is the best but cheapest way of doing this?

ok so hes going to buy a base made of wood.. some lino to go over the top so its nice and water proof... and some mesh to make up the sides for him and it will be open topped.. and then i will make like a tray with sawdust for him to use as the toilet... some hay for his bedding.. his toys and things like that does that sound ok? xx
