ok so I redid the cage for the 2 younger girls. it's a 2x3 for now until I can free up more room for a 2x4 or 2x5. I decided to keep the coroplast flat instead of up like in a box. The floor is covered with 2 layers. The bottom is 2 "Friskers" plant mats that are 24x24. They are green canvas material on one side with the back of the material rubber and waterproof. I found these at our 99 cent center and thought it would be worth the try. Each corner on the rubberized side has velcro. So I bought some new strips and attached them together. The top layer is a "Neat Sheet" that I found at Target. They come in 2 sizes. Big and Huge. I'll have to go back and find out for sure. I bought some elastic and sewed the corners like a fitted sheet. This helps keep the fabric down and from moving to much. So far it has worked and other than a few poops and some bedding from the
litter pan it stays real clean. I have 6 of the Fiskers sheets and 2 of the neat sheets. They are all washable, but the neat sheet people say not to wash it to often other wise it becomes less waterproof. I'll try and take some pictures and scan them to show you all.
I have only one problem with 1 of the girls so far with this. Chewing the neat sheet a little. Patches hasn't gotten to bad yet but I would like to head of any touble now. Especially since their
potty trained so well. Any suggestions?
Thanks
