water and food consumption

i bot a new guinea pig from a pet store and they didnt sex them now shes drinking about 12 oz every day and a half and shes eating a lot of food does this mean shes pregnant?( her sides are bulging a lil but i heard you dont really notice about a week before birth)

I think you REALLY should have found all this out prior to buying her.
As for pregnancy it's hard to tell without pics
