i'm not sure, i know syrian hamspters MUST be kep solo. I'm sure the mice wouldn't have an issue, remember to always introduce on neutral ground, like on a table or in your hands.

Please don't put different species in the same cage  .
Works for some people (mixing species) But I definately don't recommend it

Yes...I wouldn't introduce two different species like that.Some people here have and I admit to introducing young rats to mice...but all in all...bad idea.In the case with a hammie and mouse,the hamster would probably kill the mice!

I know a rescue center here that has introed dwarf hammies and mice as a last resort and it has worked out well. Its not something I'd ever do myself but do think it is preferable to either animal spending its entire life on its own.

i think that bc of their similar sizes, you have less chance of fights, however i think it depends on the age and how they were introduced, and temperament, what works for one may not work for another
