Feeling pretty successful!
It's still 3 weeks until Genie's babies are old enough to rehome, and as of this morning every last one of them is placed! We've even placed Genie though we didn't mean to really. It turns out that Chris's sister Emily has fallen in love with Genie and really wants her and one of her PEW daughters. We had to think long and hard but we decided after what she's been through Genie could use some time in a less crowded home with lots and lots of one-on-one attention. Emily only works part time and is home a lot so Genie will think she's in heaven! I'm very excited that we placed them sooo easily, this really gives me hope about the prospects of placing future litters. These babies are cute but they're just standard fancies with no clue about their genetic background. All of our breeders are pedigreed and dumbo eared, some are dumbo eared and red eyed, or dumbo eared and rex. Those babies ought to go like hot cakes!(to the right home of course)
