Help! Baby mouse trouble

My dad recently found a baby mouse that has hair but eyes are still closed, it was wondering out by his corvette in the backyard when my beagle found it and he started to play with it. my dad noticed and then put him in a large bucket with clothes (happened to be mine lol) but then he made the mistake of feeding him cows milk, in which ive read on 100 sites b4 is terrible for them cause they cant digest it. So we now have him in a bucket with a heating pad set on LOW and layers of clothing for him to sleep in. My dad had rubbed his belly with a warm Q tip as well to make him use the bathroom but he hasnt, we thought it might be due to the fact its late and hes sleeping. So at the moment he is curled in the bed under the clothes sleeping. now tommarow morning Im going to pick up some Cats/baby milk or powdered milk for him.

Im just worried that he will die over night, due to the Cows milk or because he hasnt used the bathroom. Please I need help with this matter because I cant see him die, I just need to know a few things fast.

1)can he drink cows milk (2%), also this might sound weird but can he drink muscle milk because i have a ton of it.

2)will he die from the milk he already drunk.

3)how long can he last without milk.

thanks in advance... - eric
