I have a friend for mookie, yes he's right here right now :D
SO! after some frantic searching for a friend for mookie (just because i decided he needs a friend), i saw 2 days ago that our humane societey, though still having the 2 boys i coulnd't adopt, JUST got in a litter of eleven 4weekOld babies. ONE BOY LEFT. well jeez you better believe I hauled butt into the city, found the place, and adopted the little boy. Before I left home I'd called asking about the maturity of the babies. Being 4 weeks old I didn't think they'd let them leave yet. But oh, they're been watching them, she says...they're doing great, have been on solids a while which is how they ended up there (were dumped) she says....well! So I adopted the little boy and trucked back home. He's sooooooo small. smaller than mookie when I first got him at 8 weeks. The little guy is DEFINITLEY the size of an adult mouse, holy (swearing).....When I hold him he'll just curl up comfy in my hands (I cup my hands into a hidey ball). He's so young he's still wobbly on his little legs!! I have him in a livingworld safari hamster cage (just a normal tiny cage) and he's beside the couch in the livingroom. so whiel my Pat is playing world of warcraft (lol) i can sit on the couch , watch tv and work with the little boy. what else.....HE"S FAWN and has red eyes, he just looks cute as a button like a hamster OMG and he's dumbo, he has SUCH dorky ears lol. I wanted to call him ken (like ken doll from barbie, with his sandy blond hair) but ken is LAME-O so it's kenny from southpark! Kenny kenny, lol it's easy to say so he'll learn it's his of coures i snuck a few pics last night, but now he's sleeping, as i'm expecting him to do nothing but for the next few weeks. he'll have his 2 week quarantine in the livingroom, then we'll see how he is size wise for meeting mookie. i was him to be small, but big enough to (not escape from) mookies cage lol. so it might be about 4-5 weeks before he's in there with mookie. but in about 2 weeks they'll meet and sniff with me in the playpen! i'm so excited. right now kenny has one of mookies used blankets. as per the quarantine, im not giving mookie one of kenny's blankets until the 2 weeks are up. So, in the 4 pics i managed lol (he's not squirmy or shy at ALL, just tiny and scared right now) you can see the jean covered metal hutch thing he's in....its 4 inches tall at most lol

OMG he's so small, he curls up in my palm, i cover him with my other hand, then poof! where'd kenny go? i had him in my sweater collar for about 10 minutes yesterday (i couldnt' help it) and he liked it. but i scooped him out and put hi min his cage, i want him to settle in nicely before i start taking him out everyday. yesterday it was so cute, he's wake up for 15 minutes, eat and explore his cage, then sleep for 2 hours, repeat.....lol today he's just been sleeping. he's such a baby ohhhh.....

He is cute. 4 weeks is usually the minimum age they'll take them away from mommy. Jack was only 4 weeks old when I brought him home and he was TINY.
He's so cute
