Thanks! Neela is a banded tiger brindle. Sunshine is a bad (sooty) brindle... I like that she has a lot of yellow. Picolli is a tiger brindle. 8)
Of the mice I breed, some I sell, and I always keep some from each litter.

Sunshine is a cutey, did you breed two tiger brindles, or a brindle and a different mouse to achieve this?

This was pretty much a surprise for me.
See, I've been looking for brindles to add to my lines for some time. I first got Gremlin, who turned out to be just a weird color-changing mouse, and infertile (so far no babies from him even though he has been kept with proven females for months). Then I got Marty, who aparently is unfertile too. Last I got Palomino, who is the only female brindle I had found (brindles are not easy to find around here even though it's a dominant gene, odd). I haven't breed her yet cause she's still too small. Well, around the time I got Palomino, X gave birth. X was thought to be a banded/broken marked agouti. I bred her to Monterrey who is a lilac with lots of recessives. When the litter arrived, surprise surprise... lots of brindle babies!!!! From that litter is Neela and Picolli. So, X is actually a banded/broken sooty brindle... not agouti like I thought.
At the time I also had another litter, parents where Goldie, a cinnamon female and Gizmo, a white tiger brindle male. They gave me 7 babies, 3 chocolate, 3 white tigers and Sunshine. I was very very excited about this litter, but the babies started dissapearing/dying when they were about 2 weeks. I don't really know what happened, if Goldie stopped producing milk and the babies died, or if she went crazy and killed them, but I took Sunshine out (only one left, they dissapeared in the period of 2 days) and put her with X, who finished rasing her. I'm planning on breeding Gizmo next to one of my albino females in order to get more white tiger brindles. I have to look into the genetics of the albinos I have and into Gizmo's genetics to choose who I will breed...
Here are pictures of the parents:

X, mother of Neela and Picolli.

Monterrey Jack, father of Neela and Picolli.

Goldie, mother of Sunshine.

Gizmo, father os Sunshine.
