Male dormouse question

Can anyone tell me how old a male dormouse it before it starts "bulging "? I
have a little dormouse and it didn't seem to me that it was when I got it
but about a week later I could really tell it was a male. I am wondering
aprox. what it's age is.

Well, I think I have a male and female but am not sure they are the same age. They are both young and small. The one that is showing his "maleness" is a little larger than the other so I am not sure they are male and female or one is just a little younger.
Do you know how old they are when they start to breed?
