Male mouse problem...

Heyy so I recently bought two male mice, and I've had them for about three weeks now. Everything has been going well, but a couple of days ago I noticed one of my mice had a red ball-like something protruding from, well, his butt. I also noticed that on his back, he has two scab-like places. I know that the best option is to go to the vet and see about it, and I will soon. But I would like to know what to expect. I'm thinking it is a tumor of some sort? Also, does anyone know how much it might cost to have all of this taken care of? I will of course take Gunther, despite the cost, and simply go without food for myself if I have to. But again, I would like to know what to expect. Thanks!!

Sorry, I'm not good with mice, but I thought I'd say that maybe you should post this on the mouse and rat discussion, you'll get more help there.
Good luck hun *hugs*

Horses simply love running around. They enjoy flexing their muscles, arching their tails in the air, rising up powerfully on their hind legs, and then thundering off at full speed. In between the gallop strides they buck exuberantly and toss their heads joyfully. After repeating their show a couple of times, they pause for a moment to look around with widely flared nostrils, as if to ask: Has everyone seen us? Aren't we simply fantastic? We urge them to move again. They react on the spot, hooves flying with delight.

Vanilla_Rat has a spectacular aura aboutVanilla_Rat has a spectacular aura about
Vet.

Also maybe your males were fighting.Male mice are highly territorial and will fight to the death and often severly injure eachother.Only in some rare cases do male mice get along with no problems.
