Mom is mad at me...
So... I went to the pet store at lunch to get crickets for Cleo and there was this little rat boy alone in a cage...
So, now mom is mad at me... and my sister will be when she gets home...

I take it you got the rat than. Well, sorry your sister and mum are mad at you.
Anyway, Congrats on the new boy!... if your keeping him. Do you need advice with anything or are you okay.
I'm sure your mum will come round

Mom is mad, my sister named him... LOL Algernon has done something weird to my sister! So, the new boy's name is Aragorn. He's in a rubbermaid cage right now, I'll move him tomorrow to a 20g and then try to introduce him to Algernon, but I don't really have a lot of hope on that, since Algie's 1.5 years old and has always been alone.
He's hooded fawn (I think), has a very nice hood too. And I'm guessing he's around 5-6 weeks old, as he's TINY!
I'll have pictures in a bit... I'm watching So You Think You Can Dance now... lol

I can't wait to see new pics!!!
I am glad your sister has changed!!
You never know, your older rat might accept the newbie.I had older guys accept babies. It can work...just try on neutral ground.Older rats are also more willing to accept a baby rat then another adult.
