my rats chatter and churp a lot, is this Ok?

I've had my two beautiful rattie boys, Pepper and Rayray for a week now and they chatter and churp a lot. They churp and chatter at me or anyone who goes to the cage and talks to them, sometimes they even chatter to each other! Is this normal or ok, does anyone know what it means, I mean I don't think it's bruxing because thats only when you stroke them, isn't it?? They seem to be fine and they get along, maybe they are just talking to me.. well you know what I mean?? Does anyone know??

We urge them to move again. They react on the spot, hooves flying with delight.

Rats can brux anytime they feel happy or content and in some cases when they are uncomfortable or angry. In general tho it is a sign of being content.

How is their breathing?
