Thank y'all. I'd begun worryin' that no one was lurkin' around the rattie forum area anymore.
I have a few more. This is Oki playing around on my desk. She died a couple of weeks after this picture was taken....still haven't gotten over losing her. It's like when I go to tend her mother and sister, I still expect to see her in there. She was so sweet.

I miss having rats so much! And yours are so cute. I wish more rat people would come around so I could see more pictures and live vicariously through you guys. I did get the okay to foster small animals (by hubby) that might come into the animal shelter I volunteer for so maybe I will get some rats or guinea pigs or maybe even a bunny.

I'm moving out of the dorms this semester and finally getting my own place over the summer. My sister plans to get a little rat of her own (I only have guinea pigs), we're so excited!

We'll definitely post some pictures when we get one.

Take two -- they're small!

Rats are social animals, so it would be a good idea to get two rats. No matter how much time you spend with your lone rat, you won't be there all the time and a friend would be!
