1) Is she by herself or does she have another female companion? If she has a friend does she make cute squeaky noises when she is bouncing around playing?
2) Are the noises only during play or are they when she's just moving around her cage or still? Does she have any porphyrin (red fluid) around her eyes, nose, does she have puffed up fur, are her eyes half-closed, is she lethargic. Honestly from the sounds you may have a little baby rat girl with a URI (
upper respiratory infection) starting.
If so, she will need a vet to get better.
Rats are usually pretty silent animals, babies will peep when playing and wrestling but thats about it. Any sounds from the lungs are not a good sign.
