Pregnant... or Not?????
Ok so one of my "Female" mice might be pregnant I saw the other one humping her, so i assumed that the other on had to be a male, but here are some of my worries, i got the mice a month ago why are they only breeding now?? Do guys have nipples, because the "male" has nipples which makes me think that it is a girl?? And should i move the girl or the guy i'm seperating them today but who should i move?? Also do pregnant females need a wheel cause if she does i will need to buy another one???

it's really REALLY easy to tell males from females apart.. no, males do not have nipples... they do have large visible testicles and the spaces between opennings is larger than with a female.
females will hump each other as a sign of dominance..

I see two females.. heh..
/edit- although one could be pregnant for other reasons.. where did you get them and were they in a mixed gender tank?

i got them at a pet store and yes they were in a mixed tank but that was a month ago so i don't think that they could still be pregnant. Would females just hump each other out of dominance??

yes I said that, females hump each other out of dominance. the same can be said of rats, spiny mice, dogs even!
gestation is 19-21 days so yeah, if it's over a month ago she'd have had babies by now

i am kind of relieved and dissapointed i wish that i could have babies just not right now, we are moving in 2 weeks so its not a good time for baby mices, but maybe sometme soon!!
