Aww, what a cute new rattie you've got there. Have they met yet? Your mice are gorgeous, as usual.

I just put them together today. I know it's been a little short but I am taking them to the vet tomorrow and I figured they're gonna be together tomrrow in the car so what would today hurt. and buddy saw him for a few short periods before and kept getting sad when I'd walk away with splinter. . So far they are getting along great. And buddy's up and running around again. I am so happy he's acting like himself again. . Wish them luck on the vet visit.

splinter looks a lot like one of my female rats!
and your mice are so gorgeous. they all have those perfect mousie faces.
just curious, what type of wheel is that? i saw something like that for chinchillas online once (it was bigger, obviously... haha) but it didn't really explain what it was and it was also very expensive. 70 dollars if i remember correctly. did they catch on pretty fast as far as how to use it? my mice have always had normal wheels, and i feel like they wouldn't get it if i put one of those in their cage. and... lastly... where did you find it?
sorry for the questions, i just get so curious about these type of things.

I saw the wheel on sale at petco and at a mom and pop petstore. It's called the saucer wheel or something like that. It cost me like 6 or 7 bucks. My mice actually did take to it quite fast a few were soso until they saw their cage mates dong it. lol. They love it and I love it! It's much easier to clean and more mice can safely run at one time. You might be able to find them on a website for petco but I'm not really sure. If you do happen to find one don't lose the plastic part that goes in between the two seperate peices. : :

They are so cute!
They look like they love having fun on their wheel. Kinda made me want to play on there too.
