Lexie has stolen my heart - not sure I can part with her!!!
Anyway, she's also a CRAZY baby! I had Audi out to give her a little "mommy break" and Lexie climbed the cage. Like most babies, I figured she'd climb, and then drop, climb and then drop. NOPE! She climbed to one spot and STAYED there.
I bought a little fleece "tunnel" in the pet store the other day so Audi could have somewhere to go if she needed a mommy minute but so Lexie could still get in there. I found it in the bird section!
Anyway, Lexus was up on the side of the cage, leaning back on the tunnel!! Just chilling!!

It is amazing what babies can do! She sounds like a keeper. And she's a nice shade of ebony.
(When Muad'dib was little, maybe two weeks old, Maureen would escape him by going up to the top of level of her cage, which did not have ramps, they had to jump from level to level. Muad'dib couldn't jump from level to level, but he could climb the cage bars and do a backflip to land on the top level. Maureen's advice to Audi, 'You can't escape them. Save your energy.' Alice's advice to Audi, 'Get Obi back in that cage ASAP and make him babysit!')

She's absolutely adorable Jade. *sends cuddles* She just makes you want to love her. SHe also sounds pretty clever to me.
