Bloated or overheated chinchilla?

My chinchilla has been acting weird the past few days. She was fine on Sunday but now she doesnt seem like herself. She hasnt been eating any of her food, she grinds her teeth a lot, and she's not energetic. She was eating some of her bedding (Aspen wood shavings) but I've been told that kind of bedding wont harm her. I took out some of the bedding so she would eat her food instead but she still wont. It seems like she eats her own poop then after she grinds her teeth a lot. She also stays in her corner and doesnt seem to want to move around. My house is gettting pretty warm and I know that's not good for her. I just took her to my mom's house where it's much colder. Is she sick from being overheated or bloated(I read a few symptoms that she has)? I'm trying to find an animal hospital that accepts exotic animals since the hospital I use to take her shut down last year.

has anything changed in her habitate latley ?
also do you have a piece of tile in her cage ? it helps cool them down.
