Registration of Animals and Pelts.....................................5:00 PM to 10:30 PM
All entries will be caged or on pelt boards, and paperwork turned in by 10:30 pm. In case of a delayed flight or emergency, contact the Show chairman or Registration Chairman ASAP Friday evening at the hotel.

FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE: A shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel from 6:30 am until 11:00 pm. All shuttle service is located at the baggage claim area in the main and east terminals.

EXTRA TABLES: For those having animals they wish to place in the Silent Auction, including the judges, that will NOT be in the show, they may do so by completing a separate entry form for those animals. They will be placed on a separate table. Entry fee will be the same as show animals. 10% OF THE SALE PRICE IF SOLD WILL BE REATINED BY THE HOSTING BRANCH! ALL ANIMALS WILL BE PAID FOR AND CLAIMED THRU THE REGISTRATION TABLE.

VENDOR’S TABLES: Are available for commercial items (no animals) for $12.00 per 8 foot table. Contact the Registration Chairman for details!

Last year the hotel ran out of rooms for those attending the show and some had to stay at other hotels.

This year the hotel expects 100% occupancy the weekend of the show. The only way to guarantee a room will be available for you is to make a reservation!

Anyone who would like to attend the ECBC National Show Banquet must make reservations as soon as possible.

If you would like to pay for the banquet at the show that is fine but you must make a reservation. Please contact Vicki Merritt at rvdk@cebridge.net or call at 816-934-2513.

If you make your reservation using paypal on the Empress Web Site you do not need to contact Vicki. Your reservation is automatically recorded. You will receive your banquet tickets at the show. Here is the link to the web site for purchasing Banquet tickets Purchase Tickets

The hotel requires advance notice for number of meals to be served at the banquet. If you do not make a reservation seating and dinner can not be provided.
