Going to the Shindig tomorrow and getting another chinnie!
As some of you may or may not know I lost my sweet Sebastian a few weeks ago. Sebastian was Danny's son and they lived together. Ever since Sebastian passed away, Danny has been quite lonely. I decided to adopt another chinnie so Danny could have another companion. Luckily, Becky West is selling a lot of chins and one of them is a sweet male mosiac from very good lines. Part of his foot is missing from a birthing accident which made him more special to me. I decided to name him "Nemo" because in the movie Nemo had a "special fin" because it was smaller than his normal fin. I thought this was appropriate for my new chinnie because he has a special foot.  One thing I love about Becky's chins is that each and every one that I have adopted from her have the whackiest personalities!  They are all comedians and leave me in tears from laughing so hard. I don't know what it is about her chins and how she gets them like that.
I am also looking forward to going to the Shindig. They are having some interesting topics!

You are getting that one!!??? Lucky!!! I know what you mean about Becky's chins!! My Jetta is from her and she's so sweet! You can wake her up anytime day or night for chin skritches and she's all for it! Tonight I was skritching her chest and she leaned so far into my hand that when I moved it, she fell off her house!  She looked so confused and embarrassed! I love her, she's a trip!

Nemo is home!!  As soon as Dave and I got the Shindig, Becky introduced me to home and I fell in love!  He is a very nice male and I can't wait to see how he turns out. His special foot is too precious and I can't stop kissing it. Nemo probably thinks I am insane. His personality is awesome! He loves to be petted and held. Yep, I am chuffed with this guy. Dave fell in love with him too and when we made a pitstop he told me to check on him (he was strapped in his carrier in the backseat).

I'm not sure what that says about me if my chins are all goof balls!
I'm glad you are enjoying him Denise, and thanks to you and to Mandie for all of the compliments! I don't know how I got so hooked on these guys, but I do really enjoy them! I picked up 23 more at the Shindig!! I'm out of control!

Hubby would kill me if I brought home 23 more chins.
There is a chin up north that I would love to have. Heck, there's a chin at work I'd love to have. All I have to say is this...

No, I won't be in South Carolina. It's a long drive!
I'm hoping to go to the show in Omaha (yes, also a long drive!) the weekend before, because I have that Monday off, so an extra day to recover from the trip. We'll see though, if that works!
