and I'm not chinchilla 'savvy'. I don't know as much about them as I do degus, but I was wondering what kind of chinchilla these are. I'm guessing T.O.V. Ebony or just Ebony.

Yep. Just an extra dark ebony, a.k.a. 'homozygous' ebony

The only gene you can have in homozygose form is the beige gene...
