Question

question

I just aquired a new chin. he is a male about two years old. now my question is i think he is a fur chewer. from his neck down he is almost bald very jagged fur line. i have tried to give him a dust bath but he seems as if he doesnt know how to bath. i have taken the dust and rubbed it into his fur. so im wondering if this could be a fur chewing situation. has anyone delt with this before.. i can take a pic and send too if needed thanx for anyhelp

It could be chewing or it could be a fungus. If you can take pics that would be a great help to all of us!
