tubing

Is it ok to use pvc pip to build a tunnel? i read on a site that you can but unsure how thick to buy it. Also would it be a googd idea to drill holes all throughout it for air?

I have one in each of my cages. I think they are the 4 or 5" ones. No need to drill holes, unless you're making a long tunnel or something. I just put a Y shaped one in each of the cages and they use them as sleep boxes.
