I just rescued two ferrets. One is very healthy but the other I had to take to the vet and he has a respitory infection and is on amoxillian. The problem is he won't eat and is very lethargic and weak. He'll eat broth from my gravy or soups and stuff but I cant get him to eat. He is also on pedilite to keep him from deydrating. He's drinking alot. What can I give him to get his strength up so he can eat and what do you think I should do? His eyes are glassy, nose a little wet and now has diahrea from the anitbiotics. Im scared Im going to loose him. I have to go out of town (have a helper) until Monday and I need some help until I get back to take him back to the vet. she can take care of him until I get back but has directions and credit card to take to vet immediately if he gets worse but what can I do? HELP!!!! E-MAIL ME IMMEDIATELY IF YOU SEE THIS POST AND HELP IF YOU CAN. Thank you for your time Melonie Buchanan
