New ferret mom and new to paw-talk

Hello, I am so excited.I just got my fist ferret yesterday,I adopted him from a ferret shelter.He is a 2 1/2 year old silvermitt named Norman.He is friendly,playful and affectionet.we all love him already!I ferret proffed the bathroom and will get my bedroom done too that way he can have plenty of space to play.

he is absolutely adorable!! I believe is is actually a "badger mitt" possibly crossed with a panda. I can't wait to hear of more adventures with him as well as more photos!!
